Consultations or to just meet us appointments are free.

 

Most emergency or same day initial visits run $100 to $150 regardless of whether or not you have insurance (We often can't confirm insurance for the first visit). This fee will typically cover an exam, X-ray, with the $150 also including a script if we are dealing with infection or a temporary fix. We can submit to your insurance later to have you reimbursed for this, if you choose.

initial visit fee is 100% credited toward any treatment we perform within 60 days. We'd rather you spent your hard earned dollars actually getting treated rather than for diagnostics.

For planned, non-emergency, first visits, we can always get your insurance information a day or two before your appointment. Then we can work with insurance from the first appointment on. To help us do this, please complete the new patient forms when you make your appointment. Making sure to include all insurance information.

If more involved treatment is recommended (extraction or root canal care etc), we will review those fees before any treatment is done.
